Junior Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Learn and grow: Work across both our B2B and B2C products, gaining hands-on experience in launching and scaling products.
• Support analytics efforts: Help set up and leverage tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude to extract actionable insights and guide decisions.
• Shape user experiences: Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive, impactful UX.
• Solve ambiguous problems: Dive into complex challenges, where data might be limited, to create clarity and a path to solutions.
• Be a team player: Work closely with cross-functional teams to fill knowledge gaps and get things done in a scrappy environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of product management experience or other roles like data analysis, UX design, or engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data, tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and turning data into insights and insights into action.
• UX intuition: Understand what makes a great user experience and collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.
• Empathy and user-centric thinking, to better understand users and clients needs
• Independent and resourceful: Thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and don’t wait for the perfect documentation to get started.
• Collaborative and assertive: Work closely with other team members and advocate for the product’s vision.

This is a full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, requiring on-site presence at our lovely office in Park Hamada, Ness Ziona/Rehovot.
