Vice President Human Resources

We are a successful, post-Series C B2B SaaS company with a strong enterprise customer base, looking for an experienced VP HR to join our executive team and lead our global people strategy. This role combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, with a strong focus on serving as an HR Business Partner to our GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team and GTM leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead the company’s global HR strategy across all functions, supporting rapid scale and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes in Israel and internationally, ensuring strong hiring for GTM and other functions.
• Design and implement effective onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration and productivity.
• Build and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to strengthen culture and performance.
• Develop leadership and management development programs to support organizational growth.
• Drive initiatives around career development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, enabling them to lead high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HRBP responsibilities.
• Proven track record in leading HR for global, scaling B2B SaaS companies (preferably post-Series B/C with enterprise customers).
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
• Hands-on experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Global mindset and experience working across multiple geographies.
• Fluent in English (native-level or equivalent).
