Cisco Collaboration Specialist

We're looking for a Cisco Collaboration Specialist to join our team in Holon. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining collaboration solutions that enable effective communication and teamwork. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing requirements, integrating tools, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal platform performance.

Employment Type: Full-time. This role is based in Holon and includes work at client sites.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience with Cisco telephony and contact center systems (CUCM, UCCX, IVR, EXP) is a must.
• Expertise in Cisco Collaboration apps.
• Demonstrated experience with REST and API integration for systems like CRM is a must.
• CCNP Collaboration certification is a must.
• Project management experience is a strong advantage.
• CCIE Collaboration certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Windows and ESXi environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
