Software Engineer

Early-stage startup in the Identity and AI space, developing a solution that dramatically increases the efficiency of identity teams through an autonomous AI system. The product focuses on Identity Governance and Administration, targeting primarily CISOs in large organizations to simplify and secure the management of identities across applications.

Located in Tel Aviv (near train line) with a flexible hybrid work model. The company raised a substantial Seed round.

This is a founding developer position, reporting directly to the CTO. The company is flexible with programming languages and is oriented towards Python, Go, or Node.js the system will be developed according to the candidate’s expertise.

Technology Stack: AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Microservices

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in Full-Stack or Backend development
• Strong experience in Python\ Node.js\ Go
• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience designing and developing Microservices architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proven experience in early-stage startups, building production-grade systems from scratch
• Ability to work closely with founders/CTO and influence product and architecture decisions
