Solutions Product Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a Solutions Product Manager to join our Product team. Lead Custom Integrations, define requirements, collaborate with teams, ensure successful Agile integration delivery.

What You'll Do

• Owning and managing the Custom Integrations, aligned with the goals set by management.
• Own and detail the Custom Integrations process: conceptualizing, storyboarding, system use cases, and more.
• Providing PRDs with prioritized features to key collaborators in R&D and Delivery.
• Acting as liaison between all collaborators, including executive management, party businesses, marketing representatives, customers, and R&D team, both internal and external, throughout the product’s lifecycle.
• Collecting and presenting product requirements and managing the release of Integration Contents.
• Assist in the planning of incoming projects, as well as assisting in any capacity to streamline the launch of new integrations.
• Assisting in the management of product backlogs and versions according to SCRUM/Agile Methodologies.
• Understands the integration process in detail in every step.
• Defines requirements, plans and coordinates integration projects from composing and developing to production.
• Implements continuous improvement practices with the help of a manager.
• Analyzes and handles all issues and change requests with the help of a manager.
• Proactively identifies risks and issues to the quality of the integrations.
• Monitors deliverables daily, identifies critical points and obstacles.
• Manages client expectations and critical issues throughout the integration.
• Builds solid connections with customer tech experts, end-users, and all collaborators engaged in the project.
• Holds meetings with customers on weekly basis to review open issues, performance and updates.
• Key point of contact for the customer.
• Supports in handling high severity requests or addressing customer and partner concerns when required.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of proven Product Management experience
• Knowledge of the technical side of the API implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of handling and managing multiple integrations;
• Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
• Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with complex integrated systems
• SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
• Work on complex activities in a project and matrix environment in parallel
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, Web Applications, JIRA
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, and JMeter is a plus
• Knowledge of DNS, SSL, Load balancers, proxies, and firewalls is a plus
• Proficiency in English.
