NOC Engineer

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor and support production systems, ensure service availability, provide status updates, and coordinate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.

What You'll Do

• Monitoring: Proactively supervise infrastructure, applications, and services using NOC tools and dashboards.
• Alert Handling: Identify and acknowledge alerts, validate severity, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Incident Triage: Advance issues according to documented workflows and escalation policies.
• Documentation: Accurately log alerts, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Communication: Notify internal teams and collaborators of critical issues using predefined communication channels.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven technical solving ability.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the related field, or current enrollment in such roles, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
• Previous experience with monitoring and logging tools is a plus.
