Job Description – Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise subcontractor teams and on-site work.
• Oversee material orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Coordinate between different stakeholders on site.
• Review architectural and contractor drawings and issue work orders.
• Schedule and synchronize subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure the safety of workers and visitors on site by maintaining daily safety routines and complying with company policies and legal requirements.
• Mentor and manage contractors and workers to meet quality standards, timelines, and budget goals.

Requirements:

• Certified Site Manager license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in finishing works.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering – an advantage.
• Assertive, diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
