Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at R-Cure Medical Ltd., located in Shoham. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, manage orders, and assist with problem-solving. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and support the distribution process of medical products. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating customer details, and providing exceptional service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office SAP and CRM software
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage

• מענה ללקוחות החברה, טיפול בלידים ושיחות נכנסות
• ניהול מעקב ותיעוד שיחות שירות ומכירה במערכת ניהול לקוחות ממוחשבת CRM
• הקלדת הזמנות לקוחות , הפקדת חשבוניות ותאום אספקה.

משרה מלאה בימים א’-ה’ 8:00-17:00
