Senior Recruitment Manager

About the Role

A leading hi-tech company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and execute end-to-end hiring processes for both internal technology positions and outsourcing/contractor roles. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Recruit for outsourcing/contractor positions as well as internal roles (mandatory).
• Lead and mentor a small, professional recruitment team, fostering collaboration and development.
• Build and refine sourcing strategies for high-tech talent.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure hiring meets organizational priorities.
• Leverage ATS and digital platforms (Commit ATS – strong advantage) for efficient, data-driven hiring.
• Apply innovative recruitment techniques, including AI-driven sourcing and digital channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of proven experience in high-tech recruitment.
• Mandatory: Experience recruiting for outsourcing/contractor roles.
• Solid expertise in managing the full recruitment process.
• Experience leading a small recruitment team.
• Familiarity with defense-related recruitment – big advantage.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Commit ATS – strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Relevant academic degree.
