IN Venture is looking for an experienced investment professional to lead deal sourcing and manage strategic growth initiatives, supporting our next fund (IN Venture III).

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional with at least 3+ years of experience in VC OR an experienced entrepreneur with a strong technological background, to drive deal sourcing, evaluate investment opportunities, and help identify high-growth potential companies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about innovation and startups.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sourcing new investment opportunities.

- Lead end to end investment process  

- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and ecosystem players.

- Support portfolio companies with growth strategies

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in venture capital OR as an experienced technology entrepreneur.

- Proven track record of identifying high-potential investments.

- Passionate about startups, innovation & Technology

- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and close high-impact deals.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

- A passion for innovation and a track record of delivering results.

- Technical skills - An advantage
