Senior Recruiter – Investment House

A successful and well-established investment house is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team.

The role includes direct involvement in strategic hiring decisions, including:

• Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and executive roles across the group’s subsidiaries.
• Acting as a strategic partner to executives (CEOs, VPs).
• Driving proactive sourcing, mainly through LinkedIn
• Personally guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process.

This is a Full-time position, hybrid model (1 day per week remote), with offices located in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 3–6 years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience in a corporate environment is highly valued, but candidates coming from recruitment agencies who have worked on executive roles and directly with senior managers are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and partnering with senior leadership.
• Independence, initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
