For an innovative, fast-growing startup leading a technological transformation in the art sector,

we are looking for a driven Projects and Operations Assistant.

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end project execution, locally and internationally.
Build and refine operational infrastructures: processes, systems, and tools.
Coordinate daily activities across all parties involved.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring top-quality delivery.
Continuously track, analyze, and optimize operational performance against KPIs.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in operational planning and execution.

What you need to bring:

4+ years of experience administrating complex projects in product-driven companies, startups, or technology-focused organizations.
Proven ability to lead projects from conception to delivery.
Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and systemic problem-solving.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must!
Additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with the museum and art sector – a big advantage.
