Communication Systems Engineer | Lod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Communication Systems Engineer to join the ground systems division at IAI’s ELTA.

The position includes:

• Leading communication projects in the ground systems division, including full planning and execution of systems

• Characterizing communication systems for projects and planning their integration

• Writing technical responses and participating in customer surveys

• Performing integrations and system assemblies in the lab and in the field

• Conducting tests, experiments, and ensuring the quality of communication systems

• Managing subcontractors and collaborating with internal stakeholders at IAI and with external clients

• Working with advanced communication technologies on diverse and significant projects

What we’re looking for:

• Electronics engineer with preference for specialization in communications

• Graduate of a technological unit in the IDF – advantage

• Knowledge and experience with wireless communication systems, RF, and antennas – significant advantage

• Self-motivation, fast learning, and strong teamwork skills – advantage

• Experience in setting up test systems and working with communication lab equipment such as Spectrum / Network Analyzer – advantage

• Experience working with IP networks and networking equipment – advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad – advantage
