Backend team lead

A well-funded and stable startup in Data Marketing develops a platform for managing large-scale automated marketing data. The platform serves B2B clients, including marketing providers, notifications, push services, and other marketing processes, enabling clients to operate through a single platform. The platform works in real time, updating within two seconds whenever a new client joins or an event occurs.

The system consolidates all data in one place and generates reports that support sales processes.

The company works extensively with gaming companies and other businesses handling large volumes of data, providing Big Data analytics capabilities.

The company is located in central Israel near a train station, offers hybrid work, and currently employs 30 people.

The role:

• Establish a backend team in Israel (there is an existing team in Ukraine)
• Option to manage the team in the future
• Provide technical leadership for the backend domain in Israel, reporting to the Director
• Develop server-side applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Requirements:

• Experience as a Team Lead
• 5+ years of development experience in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience working with Microservices
