We’re a leading, innovative company based in Herzliya, building next-generation HR technology solutions that empower our people and drive the business forward. As we expand, we’re looking for a talented, hands-on HR Systems Implementor (Oracle HCM) to be part of our success story.

What you’ll do

✨ Design, configure and implement Oracle HCM modules (SAP HR / SuccessFactors also relevant)

✨ Turn complex business needs into seamless technical solutions – end to end

✨ Build fields, value lists, logic and reports; integrate systems and enhance processes

✨ Support key HR areas – employee records, recruitment, interfaces and talent development

✨ Analyze KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement

What you bring

✅ 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with HR systems (Oracle HCM / SAP HR / SuccessFactors)

✅ Proven system analysis skills

✅ High-level SQL and a passion for HR technology

✅ Excellent communication skills in a global environment

✅ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a drive to challenge and improve

📍 Location: Herzliya

🖥 Hybrid: 1 day remote per week
