Process Engineer – NPI & Advanced Electronics Manufacturing

About the Role

ELTA’s Engineering & Systems Division is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Process Engineer / NPI Technologist to support the development of new electronic technologies and ensure seamless transition to production.

Key Responsibilities

• :Active involvement in new product introduction (NPI) processe
• sSupport and oversight of SMT and electronic module assembly line
• sDefinition and control of materials and processes for adhesives and conformal coating
• sWork according to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards (military / class 3
• )Collaboration with R&D and engineering teams across electronics and electromechanical domain
• sTechnical liaison with subcontractors in Israel and abroa
