A new startup in the Security Operations space is developing a platform for DevSecOps teams to streamline daily security workflows, simplifying and managing everything from investigations and threat management to real-time response. The product is in active development, with POCs being run at client sites. More information will be provided during the interview.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near the light rail, offers one day per week of remote work, and employs 60 people, half of whom are in development. Founded a year ago, the company has raised $65 million from a venture capital fund.

The role is part of the Core team, working directly on query handling, query optimization, indexing engines, and pipelines. The team builds the engine capable of querying everything in one place using a unified language.

Responsibilities include developing connectors and the end-to-end query engine.

This position involves solving deep technical problems and influencing the architecture of highly complex, high-performance systems.

Tech stack: Primarily Java and Rust, with a role that includes research.

Requirements-

• 5 years of software engineering experience with strong backend/data systems background
• Experience with Go\ Python
• Familiarity with low-level systems concepts like memory management, file formats, thread models, and performance profiling
• Proven track record of learning unfamiliar systems and technologies quickly
