Training Coordinator

Job Description:

Support all training activities within the organization (scheduling, follow ups, etc.)

• Operate Electronic System processes and documentations
• Creating training plans in the system
• Scheduling training session in a complexed multilayered environment
• liaise with the stakeholders (Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts) from all areas of the company
• Implementation and maintenance of training and curriculum for all policies and procedures on our QMS
• Reviewing employee trainings records to ensure that employees have completed all required training prior to performing their jobs
• Ensuring that training materials are available to all employees using the system
• Monitoring and reporting on all training activities

Reporting to : QA Manager

Job Requirements:

· Education: a bachelor’s degree or proven experience

· Job skills:

• Data management ability
• At least 2 years' experience in Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical industry in similar role
• Familiar with ISO 13485 requirements
• High service and communication skills
• Time management skills

Computer skills:

• Previous experience with electronic QMS - Advantage
• Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PP).

· Language skills: Fluent English (Writing)

· Personality:

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal relations, a people person
