About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing R&D team. This role is hands-on and diverse. You'll work across the stack, building new features end-to-end while collaborating closely with developers, product, and business stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Develop new features and maintain our enterprise SaaS product using Java (backend) and React (frontend).

• Take ownership of your domain: ensure code quality, scalability, and performance while participating in design and architecture discussions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Design) to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

• Contribute to the improvement of development practices, CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployment (AWS/Kubernetes).

• Work as part of a team that values teamwork, innovation, and impact.

What you’ll need:

• 6-7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.

• Proven hands-on experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and React.

• Strong understanding of SaaS architectures - must-have.

• Experience working on enterprise-grade or high-scale production systems.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS advantage).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for building products that make a real impact.

Nice to have:

• Background in fintech/insurtech.

• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of compliance/security standards for SaaS.
