Junior Finance Operations

For a growing public (nasdaq) fintech company, We are seeking a smart motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations to join our team (up to 5 years overall experience). This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in finance operations , with a focus on vendors communication, Credit cards and HQ expenses and budget. you will receive guidance and training, while also taking on responsibilities that directly support our internal teams.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good Excel skills.

Responsible, reliable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.

Previous exposure to finance, operations, or vendors support is a plus (not mandatory).

Experience with Netsuite is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with vendors .

Set up and manage agreements in the system.

Track and follow up on HQ expenses and credit cards.

Support reporting and coordination with internal teams.

Reporting to the finance managment.
