What You'll Be Doing

as a Network Expert Engineer you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.

Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues.

Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.

Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.

Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.

Investigate and resolve network related issues.

The position requires on-call duties.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.

Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP

Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage

Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching

Knowledge with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) – An advantage

Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage
