Workplace Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Workplace Operation Specialist to join our Employee Experience team and take ownership of one of the most critical aspects of today’s hybrid work environment: workspace allocation.

This role blends data-driven planning, space management, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You’ll work at the intersection of people, operations, and facilities, shaping decisions that directly impact collaboration and the employee experience.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize seating allocation across the organization, balancing business needs with space limitations.
• Collect and analyze data on attendance trends, workspace utilization, and room types to support decision-making.
• Partner with the Facilities Manager on renovations, space changes, and building projects to ensure smooth transitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executives and department leaders on space-related requests.
• Present recommendations and solutions to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve space utilization, efficiency, and employee experience.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, workplace planning, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights clearly.
• Stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging with senior leaders.
• Resilience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data modeling).
