A young and dynamic start-up, experiencing significant growth, is looking for a Technical Lead to join its core team.
This role is highly hands-on, focusing on advanced development while taking ownership of the back-end domain and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture with .NET Core
- Take ownership of the back-end domain while remaining deeply involved in coding
- Build clean, maintainable, and high-performance systems
- Work with PostgreSQL and AWS on a daily basis
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure best practices are applied
- 8+ years of software development experience – must
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core – must
- Proven expertise in microservices development
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong experience with AWS
- Previous start-up experience – advantage
- Passion for coding, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
