About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business development activities and drive the expansion of the company’s operations across existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business development function and expand the company’s presence in local markets.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local stakeholders.
• Develop and manage relationships with investors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Initiate and drive innovative business initiatives to achieve a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to define objectives and implement growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development (real estate / investments / finance – advantage)
• Strong leadership and presence – a true team leader and dealmaker
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset and broad business understanding
• Good English
