Board Member

EvE continues to establish itself as a leading player in business advisory and M&A, combining deep professional expertise with a pragmatic and human-centered approach. At this stage of our growth, we are seeking to add a fifth external board director a voice that will bring fresh perspective, diverse experience, and a healthy balance to the company’s strategic thinking.

The incoming director will not be involved in day-to-day operations, but will serve as a strategic and external anchor – a trusted source for experience and perspective for the founders and CEO. This role is about providing wisdom, objectivity, and balance in decision-making, acting as a steady and thoughtful compass around the table.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in areas such as board leadership, M&A transactions, fundraising, investment banking, and international growth. A strong, active, and relevant network is essential – spanning investors, strategic partners, clients, and financial institutions. Additional value comes from global market experience, practical understanding of staged growth, and the ability to open doors to senior stakeholders in both local and international arenas.

Beyond credentials, we are seeking a mature, thoughtful presence – someone who inspires trust, brings calm and clarity, and whom we will want to listen to, even in times of disagreement.
