Inviting applications for the role of Project Management Officer!

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Project Management Officer (PMO) to serve as the right hand to the Head of R&D & Cloud. This is a high-visibility role at the core of our software business unit, driving execution, managing strategic initiatives, shaping strategy, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical thinking, exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong storytelling ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. With a hands-on approach to project delivery and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, global technology environment, this individual will be a trusted partner and key enabler of success across engineering, cloud operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

• Partner with the Head of R&D & Cloud to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide research and analysis on industry, technology, and organizational trends to support decision-making.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure clear, professional, and compelling communication, leveraging storytelling to align diverse audiences.
• Navigate effectively in a corporate environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational realities.

Program & Project Management

• Coordinate and oversee critical initiatives across the business unit.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, using dashboards and tracking mechanisms for transparency and accountability.

Executive & Meeting Preparation

• Prepare leadership for meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and structured insights.
• Build high-quality presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint to support data-driven decision-making.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

• Anticipate and address challenges that arise across R&D and Cloud operations.
• Propose actionable, pragmatic solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Time & Priority Management

• Support the Head of R&D & Cloud in managing schedules and prioritizing activities.
• Ensure leadership time is focused on the highest-impact initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct data-driven analyses to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor business unit performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a PMO, strategy, advisory, or business operations role, ideally within the corporate software or SaaS sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience creating dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling abilities, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with attention to detail in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly and persuasively.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with additional reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Jira dashboards) is a plus.
• Fluent in English
