We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Team Lead to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a talented group of developers in building and maintaining a complex, distributed, and highly available solution deployed both in the cloud and on-premises.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of a robust, scalable, and distributed system architecture.
• Collaborate on the design of next-generation architecture, focusing on scalability, testability, and maintainability.
• Drive the decomposition of a Java monolith into independent services.
• Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle: research, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth and technical development.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.
  
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with proven leadership and technical capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience in Java-based server-side development.
• Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid experience in writing and maintaining integration and system tests.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium for web and mobile testing - advantage
