Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead The Magnum Ice-Cream Israel’s recruitment function. This strategic role involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, enhancing candidate experience, and driving cross-organizational HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes: From job definition to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
• High proficiency in behavioral and situational interview techniques: including training hiring managers on interview methodologies.
• Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate to define role requirements, design tailored recruitment strategies and provide expert support throughout the hiring process.
• Manage external partnerships: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, ATS platforms (e.g., ADAM), external vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives: Lead projects in employer branding, leadership pipeline development, manager training, and process optimization.
• Analyze recruitment data: Generate reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Champion candidate experience: Ensure a high standard of professionalism and service throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting talent across various industry sectors.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, ability to anticipate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deep familiarity with the recruitment market – up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and target audiences.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and empathy.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English – written and spoken.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and digital tools – ADAM Total, Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Genuine interest in digital technologies and tools, with a high level of tech orientation.
