Join a leading company in the FMCG industry as a Trade Marketing Analyst—a pivotal role combining data analysis, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interfaces across trade, marketing, sales teams, and external suppliers.
• Build and analyze planograms based on sales data, consumer behavior, and store segmentation.
• Define and design tailored store layouts according to field conditions, competition, and shopper profiles.
• Conduct ongoing category analyses and track market trends to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Provide field-based insights and recommend adjustments based on data-driven evaluations.
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing – required
• Experience or strong familiarity with the FMCG industry – required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – required
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
• Familiarity with planogram software – advantage
• Experience with StoreNext – advantage
• Knowledge of Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query – advantage
• High-level English proficiency – required
