Business Development Manager

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance accessible, transparent, and easy - for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of our growth strategy through partnerships and B2B sales. You’ll work across startups, enterprise clients, and strategic partners to build relationships that scale our business and shape the future of insurance.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full business development cycle – prospecting, closing deals, and managing partnerships
• Build relationships with startups, enterprises, and financial institutions
• Identify new growth opportunities and optimize the sales funnel
• Work closely with product, operations, and founders to execute deals and share insights

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years in B2B business development, partnerships, or sales (Israeli market)
• Proven outbound and pipeline-building skills
• Startup/high-growth experience
• Excellent communicator in Hebrew & English
• Bonus: fintech / insurtech / AI background
