Business Development Coordinator

BDO Israel, one of the leading firms in the country, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for the ESG Department – maternity leave cover (6–8 months).

What will your day look like?

• Managing multiple interfaces with senior stakeholders across the firm
• Supporting the development of a marketing and sales work plan in collaboration with different business units
• Taking a proactive approach to drive implementation and adoption of the work plan across the organization
• Leading marketing initiatives, including creating value propositions, drafting content, and briefing the marketing team
• Providing support in the sales process – including management of the CRM platform
• Preparing and updating marketing materials as needed
• Identifying and submitting tenders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing – mandatory
• Experience working in a large organization – advantage
• Background in ESG / Environmental Economics / Regulation – significant advantage
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders – advantage
• Proven ability to manage and organize business development processes, including planning and executing BD activities (such as conferences, webinars, publication of professional content) – mandatory
• Strong marketing and sales orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity, flexibility, and innovative thinking
• Assertiveness and the ability to lead and drive processes with senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
