Technical Product Owner

We are hiring Technical Product Owner (TPO) for one of Israel’s largest and leading banks. This is a strategic and impactful role that includes responsibility for large-scale technological platforms, team leadership, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and end-to-end delivery of cross-organizational projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage technology platforms in the field of contact centers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business alignment.
• Oversee and maintain effective interfaces with internal teams and external stakeholders, including technology service providers, while working closely with development teams.
• Drive process improvements and technological optimizations that enhance customer experience and streamline contact center operations.
• Lead and deliver cross-organizational projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating leadership, ownership, and initiative.
• Promote high-quality delivery with short time-to-market (TTM) by supporting teams, removing obstacles, and fostering collaboration.
• Initiate and advance value-driven initiatives based on the platform, including positioning and branding of new features for diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog with sufficient upcoming tasks to support continuous team productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science \ Industrial Engineering & Management, or Information Systems- Must
• At least 4 years of experience in managing cross-organizational technology projects- Must
• Experience working in corporate environments- Must
• Experience managing complex digital platforms- Must
• Proven ability to lead and inspire, operate under pressure, and manage diverse and complex interfaces.
• Strong business orientation combined with high technological capabilities.
