What You'll Do:

🔹 Lead performance strategies and build strong client relationships with a business-first mindset.

🔹 Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with ROI at the core.

🔹 Design, build, and implement cutting-edge automations and AI-driven marketing flows.

🔹 Collaborate daily with our sharp, experienced performance team to push boundaries.

🔹 Turn data and technology into tangible business results for our clients.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads / Meta).

✅ High-level English for daily work with international clients.

✅ A genuine, deep passion for AI and automation (This is our #1 screening filter.)
