Job Title: Researcher I

Location: Remote

Compensation: $600 USD/month (plus incentives and benefits)

Working Hours - 6-8 , five days a week

We’re looking for a Researcher I to join our team. This is an entry-level role for individuals fluent in the Languages mentioned, with strong research and translation skills. You will help us gather and review data that supports global efforts to fight financial crime, corruption, and terrorism.Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and summarize information from one to another.
• Conduct research using news queues, job alerts, and enforcement lists
• Identify credible sources and use neutral, accurate language in reports
• Assist in compiling profiles related to PEPs, sanctions, adverse media, and more
• Work collaboratively with your team and Team Lead
• Follow company policies, data standards, and inclusion principles
• Participate in training, feedback sessions, and company initiatives

Requirements:

• Fluent in the Languages mentioned (reading, writing, speaking)
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) OR technical degree
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and follow internal systems and values
• Basic understanding of data flow and research logic
• Able to work with a diverse global team

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in research, translation, or compliance (less than 12 months)
• Familiarity with EMS (Entity Management System) or similar tools
