Google Campaign Manager | Prop Trading Startup

What You’ll Do 

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.) 
• Build and manage high-converting funnels tailored to traders, investors, and tech-forward users 
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to align messaging across ads and landing pages 
• Launch, analyze, and refine paid campaigns with relentless focus on CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV 
• Manage budgets and forecasts with full accountability for performance 
• Report on campaign results, extract insights, and continuously test creative, targeting, and bidding strategies 
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and fintech trends to keep us sharp 

What You Bring 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns in Google Ads (Search + Display a must; YouTube/PMAX a plus) 
• Proven track record optimizing user acquisition in fast-paced environments (Fintech, Gaming, or Ecom preferred) 
• Deep understanding of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, A/B testing, bidding models, and attribution 
• Data-first mindset — fluent in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and performance dashboards 
• Self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy, early-stage teams 
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
