Your Mission
As a Performance Marketing Analyst at K4 Brands, your mission is to take full ownership of one of our high-growth brands and drive its success on the Amazon marketplace. You will be the 'mini-CEO' of this brand, responsible for managing its day-to-day operations, executing growth strategies, and ensuring its long-term profitability and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Build, manage, and meticulously optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Paid Social platforms.
 - Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies daily to maximize key performance metrics like ROAS, ACoS, and CPA.
 - Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest platform features and algorithm changes.
 
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Deep-dive into performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
 - Design and analyze A/B tests for ad copy, creative, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
 - Create clear, insightful performance reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Brand Managers.
 
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand Managers to understand their goals and translate them into effective paid media strategies.
 - Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, and audience targeting to help our brands win.
 
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid search account management (Google Ads, Paid Social).
 - A strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and implement actions.
 - Proven ability to drive performance and efficiency across a range of digital campaigns.
 - Deep understanding of web/conversion tracking and marketing data analytics.
 - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
 - A collaborative, reliable, and transparent work ethic.
 - Proficient in English.
 
Advantages (Nice to Have):
- Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
 - Experience with YouTube Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
 - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
 - A relevant B.Sc. or B.A. degree.
 
Job Scope:
- Full-time position based in our central Tel Aviv office (flexible hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week from home).
 - Availability to address urgent issues on weekends as needed.
