Clinical Solutions Specialist

Position Overview:   

As a Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will serve as Yonalink’s clinical trials and product subject matter expert. More importantly, you will bring curiosity, dedication, and an innovative mindset to everything you do. This role is about your approach: your willingness to learn new technologies, become an expert in them, and share that expertise with others. 

You will work at the intersection of clients, product, and internal teams—leading demos, developing educational resources, supporting client training, and ensuring our solutions are understood and adopted successfully. 

Key responsibilities:   

• Lead client demonstrations, including preparation, presentation, and follow-up. 
• Review and interpret new data within the product on a daily basis. 
• Develop and maintain training materials and educational resources. 
• Build and manage Yonalink’s knowledge base for internal and external audiences. 
• Act as the client-facing product subject matter expert. 
• Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing support. 
• Collaborate with Customer Support to strengthen client knowledge and engagement. 

Requirements:  

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical trials as a Study Coordinator, Data Manager, or Data Coordinator in a CRO or medical center (mandatory). 
• Strong background in EDC systems — deep understanding and hands-on experience are essential. 
• Relevant academic degree. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
