Lead New Product Introduction NPI Engineer

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in operational or manufacturing engineering, including:
• BSc in engineering
• Configuration management
• Working with ERP and PLM systems
• Preparing manufacturing instructions and production files
• Defining suppliers
• Preparing engineering change orders (ECO)
• Failure analysis
• Guiding development teams on Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
• Troubleshooting production lines and field issues
• Designing and specifying jigs
