Sales Administrator

Join our growing global team as a Sales Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized, customer-oriented Sales Administrator to support our global operations. In this role, you'll be the key contact for customers, manage end-to-end order processing, and collaborate with logistics, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless service.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the daily point of contact for customers
• Manage the entire order lifecycle: receive, validate, enter, and track orders
• Oversee deliveries, prepare shipping documents, invoices, and coordinate with couriers and customs
• Support the repair (RMA) process
• Temporarily assist with purchasing-related tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Academic background
• 3+ years of experience in sales administration or sales support in a global company – a big plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both spoken and written
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
