As a Product Analyst, You Will

• Turn customer behavior into insights: Analyze existing usage patterns to uncover adoption drivers and friction points.
• Unify the journey view: Connect data across product usage, onboarding, help center, academy, and AI-driven support.
• Define and track key metrics: Build and own KPIs for adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure data quality: Partner with developers to instrument and validate tracking.
• Design and analyze experiments: Build hypotheses, run A/B tests and pilots, and apply statistical methods to validate results.
• Support fast-paced execution: Manage multiple projects in parallel while owning the domain analysis end-to-end.
• Communicate with impact: Present insights clearly in English, translating complex analyses into simple, actionable recommendations.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytics role (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Strong command of SQL and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with funnels, cohorts, usability, and adoption analytics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation; solid foundation in statistical methods.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into measurable analysis.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; able to influence product and leadership decisions.
• Comfortable working at a high pace, driving multiple projects with full ownership.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode) and scripting languages (Python, R, Pandas)
• Independent, curious, and proactive; motivated to build from scratch and take initiative.
