In this position you will…

• Work closely with our partners' stakeholders to gather and define requirements for API integrations
• Create and write features and user stories that clearly capture business and technical needs
• Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are well-understood and accurately implemented
• Utilize Postman and Fiddler to test and validate API integrations
• Maintain and update documentation using MS-Office applications

You will be responsible for…

• Gathering and defining requirements for API integrations
• Writing clear and comprehensive user stories that include detailed instructions for integrating with insurance carriers' APIs
• Creating product features in alignment with business and partner needs
• Outbound communication with partners and carriers to clarify requirements, share updates, and align expectations
• Maintaining and updating documentation using MS Office applications
• Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies
• Ensuring that all integrations meet compliance and security standards

Literacy- DigiTech & Data:

• You must have excellent documentation skills and proficiency with MS-Office applications
• You need to have a strong understanding of API integration processes and technologies
• You should be proficient in using Postman and Fiddler for API testing and debugging
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar is beneficial

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant BA – industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field with an analytical orientation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - English & Hebrew (written & verbal)
