Data Science Student - Part Time

Join Atera's dynamic Data Science (DS) team to build, maintain, and improve machine learning (ML) models that power critical SaaS business decisions.

Help advance predictive analytics and support a growing AI-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Build ML models to predict various aspects of the Atera SaaS business.
• Monitor and improve existing predictive models and their infrastructure.
• Maintain ML models’ infrastructure
• Work on models’ explain ability and trust with business partners
• Support other DS tasks such as statistical analysis
  
  

• Proficiency in Python coding, including relevant packages such as Sklearn, NumPy, Pandas
• Proficiency in SQL
• Previous experience in Python development (outside of the degree) - advantage
  
  

• Familiar with classic ML algorithms
• Familiar with DS methodologies
• Experience with real world ML models - advantage
• Strong statistical background - advantage
  
  

• Experience in data-related positions is a plus
• Experience working in a SaaS company is a plus
