Software Infrastructure Developer – Aerodynamics Department

Our Aerodynamics Department is looking for a Software Developer to design and build infrastructure and development-support tools. You’ll join a team of physicists and algorithm experts, bringing strong software expertise to accelerate research and development processes.

What you’ll do:

• Develop scripts, functions, and tools for automation, data processing, results analysis, and building user interfaces.
• Work with MATLAB (including App Designer) and Python.
• Manage code and configuration in Git, while supporting DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Build internal applications and infrastructures to support advanced R&D activities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautics, Electrical).
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Practical experience in Python or MATLAB – must.
• Strong knowledge of Git/Azure configuration management – must.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure) – a strong advantage.
• Experience with MATLAB App Designer – advantage.
• Experience converting MATLAB code to other languages – advantage.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Object-Oriented programming – advantage.
