Senior Product Strategy Lead

We are looking for a candidate who will elevate product management standards, drive excellence across product teams, and provide strategic guidance to product leaders.

The role focuses on building methodologies, defining KPIs, enabling learning from industry benchmarks, and supporting both operational and executive layers in the organization.

What you will do:

• Lead organizational standards and best practices in product management.
• Build and run training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for product managers.
• Establish, optimize, and implement processes and methodologies across product teams.
• Conduct external benchmarks with leading companies to identify and adopt best practices.
• Introduce and embed new tools and innovative methods to improve product quality and velocity.
• Define and refine metrics, dashboards, and measurement tools for product success.
• Work closely with senior leadership, product, development, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and impact.

What we are looking for:

• Significant hands-on experience in product management within large technology organizations.
• Proven track record in leading product teams or training and mentoring product managers.
• Deep knowledge of advanced product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Data-driven).
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading change management and process improvement in large-scale organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influence and communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
