BI & Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented BI & Data Analyst to join our data team and play a key role in building scalable processes, insightful dashboards, and advanced analytics within a cutting-edge technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data solutions using cloud-based tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Work with ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges in a dynamic environment, with a strong drive for continuous learning.
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data/BI/analytics roles.
• Expert-level SQL skills – mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience working with different databases – mandatory.
• Hands-on ETL experience – mandatory.
• Academic background in engineering, computer science, or data-related fields – mandatory.
• Advantageous:
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker).
• Practical coding experience in Python.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Experience in financial systems.
• Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
