Software Architect

We are looking for a Solutions / IT Architect to plan architecture and build solution proposals according to business and technology requirements across ongoing projects and initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to understand client needs and business processes, alongside broad technological knowledge and understanding of the company’s technology roadmap and architectural principles.

The position involves close collaboration with system analysts, solution designers, development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Plan solution architecture and provide professional guidance throughout project specification phases, based on requirements analysis and business value, in alignment with the company’s technology roadmap.
• Work closely with project managers, system analysts, and development teams to plan, present, guide, and monitor solution implementation.
• Contribute to the management and implementation of the company’s technology roadmap, including long-term architectural planning, establishing principles and guidelines, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing technological guidance and advice to business units, including evaluating and selecting technology solutions and products according to company needs.
• Conduct ongoing research and learning on relevant technological and business trends, participate in R&D processes, and help shape techno-business initiatives according to strategic directions and business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Architect (preferred), or alternatively in system analysis, development, or project management with direct involvement in designing and building technology solutions in complex environments.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in medium/large business organizations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, capable of creating solutions from a broad perspective and business understanding, with ability to abstract and decompose complex problems.
• Excellent presentation skills for communicating architectural solutions and complex technical considerations clearly and accessibly.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• High capacity for self-learning.
