🔍 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in applied AI development
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js (FastAPI, Express.js, nest.js, or Next.js)
• Practical experience in prompt engineering and/or RAG systems
• Proven work with LLM-based agents and intelligent automations
• Experience with self-hosted (local) LLMs
• Solid understanding of LLM architectures and capabilities
• Bonus: Background in applied Machine Learning (ML)

• Databases: MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, SQL
• Vector DBs: ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant, Redis Stack

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale backend AI services and tools
• Develop smart agents and automate complex processes
• Integrate LLMs using LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Collaborate with DevOps on scalable deployments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve the platform
