Production Planner

A leading manufacturing company in the defense industry, located in Netanya, is looking for a Planner / Production Planning Specialist.

Job Description:

• Knowledge in material management and shortage reports in ERP systems.
• Running MRP.
• Opening and managing work orders, and scheduling production on production lines.
• Managing and scheduling material, operational control, material simulations, inventory management, advancing/delaying/canceling purchase orders.
• Handling material issues with suppliers, shortages, waste, inventory for regular use, etc.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree – an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial companies, preference for the electronics field.
• Proven experience in a similar role for at least two years – required.
• Working with subcontractors, material management, and work plans.
• Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes – required.
• Knowledge of work orders and material scheduling.
• Experience working with an ERP system – required.
• Familiarity with PRIORITY – an advantage.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and configuration control – required.
• Knowledge of Agile system – an advantage.
• High level of English – required.
• High-level Excel skills – required.
• Availability to work hours corresponding to contractors overseas – required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong service orientation.
• Strong organizational and orderly skills.
