Logistics Coordinator

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a key role as part of 'Cliganic' Supply Chain team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for Logistics and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of shipment coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Implement and maintain tracking systems to provide real-time shipment updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to negotiate competitive rates and optimize shipping solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to streamline logistics and improve efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate freight quotes to secure the best terms.
• Develop strategies to reduce shipping costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures in logistics operations.
• Stay up to date with international shipping regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or a related field – an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (work is primarily conducted in English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Working with ERP system (NetSuite - an advantage )
• 2-4 years Working experience in logistics or a related field (US import/export experience preferred)
• Open to working flexible hours, including occasional Fridays.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to explore new challenges.
• A team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
