Project And Process Manager

About the Role

Leading Corporation in the energy market is seeking a motivated Project & Process Manager to take ownership of monitoring key business processes, supporting critical systems, and ensuring data integrity across the organization. This role combines business and data analysis, system monitoring, and user support, offering a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a broad organizational perspective are essential.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects and business process improvements.
• Monitor data flows, identify exceptions, and ensure timely resolution with relevant units.
• Perform required process and data controls, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Track task completion and ensure smooth system operations.
• Improve data quality across systems.
• Write business requirement and specification documents for new developments or enhancements.
• Conduct QA testing for new developments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP - SAP is an advantage).
• Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering & Management preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI, SQL - advantage)
• Strong initiative, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High motivation, detail orientation, and ability to see the bigger picture.
• Strong organizational and independent time management skills.
• Availability for on-call weekend duties (Shabbat readiness).
